Download Recovery and Troubleshooting

Use this article when a customer can identify the purchase but cannot complete the download or open the delivered files.

First checks

• Confirm the customer is using the same email address used for the purchase.
• Try the download from a current browser.
• Disable download blockers, VPN filtering, or aggressive browser privacy extensions for the test.
• Confirm there is enough disk space for the download and extracted files.
• Re-download the file if a ZIP appears corrupt or incomplete.

Expired or missing links

If your link expired or you can't find your files, contact us and we'll help you recover them. Start with the account page and original order email, then send the purchase details if the files are still not available.

Details support needs

Ask for the order number if available, purchase email, approximate purchase date, pack name, operating system/browser, and the exact error or behavior. Do not ask for card numbers or full payment details.
