What is 3rd party registration?

When you buy a MoCap Online animation pack on a third-party store like Unity, FAB, or Blender Market, that store handles the transaction but doesn't give us a way to support you directly. Registration connects your purchase to our system so we can help you one-on-one with support, format switching, upgrades, and more.

Why should I register?

Registration gives you direct access to the team that built your animations. You get personal support, the ability to switch formats (bought on Unity but need Blender? No problem), upgrade pricing where you pay only the difference to move up a tier, priority update notifications, and access to exclusive content and deals not available on third-party stores.

Is there a cost to register?

No. Registration is completely free, and it always will be. You already paid for your animations — this just lets us take care of you properly.

What do I need to register?

Your name, email, the store you purchased from, which packs you bought, and some form of proof of purchase. The proof varies by store — Unity invoice numbers, FAB account emails, Blender Market usernames, etc. Select your store in the form above and the field will update with exactly what we need.

How do I find my proof of purchase?

Unity: Invoice number from My Orders.
FAB: Epic Games account email or order confirmation.
Blender Market: Username or screenshot from your Orders page.
itch.io: Username, email, or download key from your receipt.
TurboSquid: Username or order confirmation email.
Humble Bundle: Email address or purchase page screenshot.

How long does verification take?

Usually a few business days. We check your info against the marketplace records, and once everything lines up, you'll get a welcome email confirming your registration. If we need additional information, we'll email you directly.

Do I need to create a MoCap Online account?

Not automatically. Registration connects your third-party purchase to our support system, but it doesn't create a Shopify account. If you'd like a MoCap Online account for future purchases or to manage your registrations, we can set that up separately — just let us know.

What if I lost my receipt?

Fill out the form with as much detail as you can — the pack name, the store, your username or email on that store, and roughly when you purchased. We have multiple ways to look things up on our end. If we need anything else, we'll reach out. We're not trying to make this hard.

Can I register multiple packs at once?

Yes. You can select multiple packs on a single form. If you bought several packs from the same store, include them all. If you bought from different stores, it's easiest to submit one form per store since the proof of purchase will be different, but it's not a strict requirement.

Is my information secure?

We collect only what we need to verify your purchase and provide support: your name, email, what you bought, and where you bought it. We don't sell or share your information. Your data is used solely to connect you with our support system and send you relevant product updates. You can request removal of your data at any time by emailing MoCap@MotusDigital.com.

What happens after registration?

Once verified, you'll receive a welcome email confirming your registration. From there you can reach out for direct support, request format switches, take advantage of upgrade pricing, and you'll be on the list for priority update notifications and exclusive deals.
