We process requests in weekly batches. After we verify your order, we submit the request to FAB (Epic's marketplace platform). The whole process typically takes 5–7 business days. We'll email you your redemption key as soon as it's ready.
Once you receive your key, go to fab.com/redeem, sign in with your Epic account, and enter the key. The pack will appear in your Vault in the Epic Games Launcher within a few minutes.
If you purchased a MoCap Online pack through Humble Bundle that included Unreal Engine format, yes — you're eligible. Use your Humble Bundle order number when submitting the form and we'll verify it.
