Retargeting in Blender

All packs are delivered with the MotusMan armature - a clean, standard humanoid rig. To drive your own character:

  1. Open the .blend file alongside your character file
  2. Add Copy Rotation and Copy Location constraints on your character's bones, sourcing from MotusMan
  3. Bake the resulting animation to a new Action on your character
  4. The baked Action is fully independent and ready for render or export

For pipeline work, the included FBX files import into Blender with standard orientation settings and can be re-exported in any format Blender supports.
