MoCap Online Refund Policy

At MoCap Online, all of our products are digital assets delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the non-returnable nature of digital files, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

By completing a purchase on our website or through any authorized marketplace, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Digital Content Is Non-Returnable: Once downloaded or accessed, our animation files, character models, and related materials cannot be returned, revoked, or removed from your possession. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

• Review Before Purchase: We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions, file formats, and compatibility information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product will work for your specific use case, please contact us before checking out at: mocap@motusdigital.com

• No Exceptions: This policy applies even if the product is no longer needed, was purchased in error, or is incompatible with your workflow. Our licensing terms and refund policy are clearly posted and agreed to at checkout.

• We’re Here to Help: While we do not offer refunds, our team is happy to assist you with troubleshooting, installation guidance, or suggestions for more suitable animation packs. If you’re experiencing a technical issue, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
