MoCap Online Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Permit.

Introduction.

This Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Permit (hereinafter referred to as the "Permit") is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of MoCapOnline.com, a website operated by Motus Digital, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "MoCap Online"). This Permit governs the use of AI technologies in conjunction with the services, content, and products offered by MoCap Online. It is mandatory for all users (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Users") to adhere to the stipulations of this Permit.

• Scope.

This Permit applies to all AI-related activities undertaken by Users of MoCap Online, including but not limited to the development, deployment, and utilization of AI technologies in conjunction with MoCap Online’s services, content, and digital assets.

• Objectives

2.1 To ensure ethical and responsible use of AI in alignment with industry standards and societal norms.

2.2 To protect the intellectual property rights of MoCap Online and its stakeholders.

2.3 To mitigate risks associated with AI, including but not limited to biases, privacy breaches, and unintended harmful uses.

• AI Usage Guidelines

3.1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All AI-related activities must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

3.2. Ethical Standards: AI must be used in a manner that respects human rights, privacy, and dignity. AI technologies should not be used to create or promote content that is discriminatory, offensive, or harmful.

3.3. Data Privacy and Security: Users must ensure that any data used in conjunction with AI technologies respects privacy rights and is secure against unauthorized access and breaches.

3.4. Transparency and Disclosure: Users must be transparent about the use of AI technologies and provide necessary disclosures, particularly when AI-generated content or decisions could impact individuals or public perceptions.

3.5. Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of MoCap Online and third parties. AI must not be used to infringe upon or misappropriate intellectual property.

3.7. Accountability: Users are responsible for the outcomes of their AI applications and must be prepared to address any issues or consequences that arise from their use.

• Duration of Permit

• Liability and Indemnification

6.1 Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoCap Online from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of AI in violation of this Permit or applicable laws.

6.2 MoCap Online is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the User’s use of AI technologies. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoCap Online from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of AI.
